Utopia Design in Barcelona is seeking an experienced On-site MEP Engineer to lead electrical, HVAC and plumbing coordination on a luxury hospitality project in Pedralbes. This is a fully onsite role requiring relocation to the Barcelona region; you will report to the MEP Manager and collaborate with architects, other engineers and procurement teams.

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with HVAC concentration.
• 7–15 years of experience in design consultancy or contracting.
• Experience with low-rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Professional level of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to in-house and external design teams throughout the design process.
• Review Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing designs for compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and managers to optimise system integration.
• Timely resolve technical issues during the design phase.
• Stay updated on industry codes and regulations for Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing.
• Assist in managing changes and variations per corporate procedures.
