NORTHWEST CONCRETE CONTRACTORS in A Coruña is seeking a skilled ENCOFRADOR to join our on-site team. You will install, assemble, and dismantle formwork for foundations, walls, columns and slabs, read drawings, measure and cut materials, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has hands-on formwork experience, works well with hand and power tools, and demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and strong communication to meet project deadlines.

Formación

• Hands-on formwork installation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and measurements.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in formwork.
• Knowledge of site safety standards and protocols.
• Physical ability to perform demanding manual labor.
• Experience as ENCOFRADOR or in concrete construction preferred.
• Strong teamwork and reliability to meet deadlines.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Install, assemble, and dismantle formwork for foundations, walls, columns and slabs.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and measurements accurately.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for formwork.
• Build and align formwork and prepare surfaces for concrete pouring.
• Check formwork quality and support concrete placement operations.
• Clean the work area after each phase and maintain tools.
