Reboot Monkey in Castellón de la Plana, Spain, is seeking a Data Center Technician to provide on-site technical support at local facilities. You will perform hands-on maintenance, cable routing, server rack work, and on-site problem solving to keep data centers running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on data center infra experience, knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standards, plus the ability to lift 25 kg.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure.

• Reliable transportation and proximity to local data centers.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift 25 kg+ equipment.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays for urgent requests.

Responsabilidades

• Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps)
• Server rack installation and decommissioning
• Cross-connect and patch panel management
• Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Visual inspections and inventory audits
• Escort and access coordination for client visits
• Emergency response and on-call availability
