Reboot Monkey in Toledo, Spain is seeking a Data Center Technician to provide on-site technical support at local facilities. You will perform remote hands, cabling, hardware swaps, and routine server rack maintenance to keep critical systems running.

Ideal candidates have hands-on data center experience, knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling, and fluent English. The role requires reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends for urgent requests.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure.
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standards.
• Reliable transportation and proximity to local data centers.
• Strong communication in English.
• Ability to lift 25kg+ equipment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays for urgent requests.

Responsabilidades

• Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps)
• Server rack installation and decommissioning
• Cross-connect and patch panel management
• Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Visual inspections and inventory audits
• Escort and access coordination for client visits
• Emergency response and on-call availability
