Opdenergy is seeking an O&M Performance Engineer to monitor and optimize the performance of utility-scale renewable assets across our portfolio. You will track KPIs, analyse SCADA data and propose corrective actions to maximize energy yield and reliability.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree (Industrial or Electrical) with a Master in Renewable Energy and 4–5 years in O&M or asset management, with strong data analytics, SCADA experience and fluent English.

Formación

Engineering degree in Industrial, Electrical or similar.
Master in Renewable Energy preferred.
4–5 years in renewable energy operations, performance engineering or O&M.
Data analytics and digital performance tools valued.
Knowledge of SCADA systems and energy monitoring platforms.

Responsabilidades

Monitor and analyse the performance of utility-scale renewable assets to maximise availability and energy yield.
Track KPIs such as PR, Availability, Specific Yield and MTTR/MTBF.
Perform root-cause analysis of incidents and propose corrective actions.
Coordinate with O&M teams and contractors to improve plant performance.
Prepare reports and monthly performance presentations for management.
