MAHLE GmbH in Valencia, ES, invites you to join our team as an NVH test operator. You will perform testing of mechanical and electrical compressors for automotive applications inside a full anechoic chamber, verify parts, set up equipment, and ensure data reliability.

You will work with the NVH test engineer to analyze final data, operate various test equipment for validation, and contribute to ongoing improvements.

Formación

• Minimum educational background HNC, BTEC-Meas Eng, BAC+3 Technical.
• Automotive Mechanical knowledge, basics.
• Signal processing techniques, basics.
• Required good Electrical and/or Electronics Knowledge.
• Experience or knowledge in noise and vibration testing would be an asset.
• Mechanical competence.
• Knowledgeable with PCs, email and MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all customer confidentiality requirements are met and continually adhered to.
• Comply with all local safety requirements and maintain a clean, orderly storage and working area.
• Employees must be able to work additional hours and/or additional days during the working week which can be in excess of forty (40) hours per week. Employee must be open to a 2nd or 3rd shift assignment if required during employment.
• Mechanical fixing test compressors to the test equipment to run the desired tests.
• Following the test requirements and reporting structure as required.
• Continual improvement processes on the test equipment and within the test laboratory.
