Job summary

You will rotate mornings, afternoons, and nights across a 35-hour work week, with a fixed annual gross compensation of 18,770 EUR according to the disability collective agreement.

Qualifications

You will assist them through all aspects of their daily life, ensuring their physical safety, dignity, comfort, and ongoing social inclusion.

Daily responsibilities

• Providing integral and dignified care to individuals with cerebral palsy and related disabilities in all areas of daily life.
• Performing safe body mobilizations and physical transfers to ensure comfort, mobility, and posture support.
• Accompanying residents and service users during routine appointments, outings, and structured daytime programs.
• Actively participating in and encouraging engagement during organized leisure, social, and recreational activities.

Required qualifications

• An accredited professional qualification in the healthcare, social care, or community service domain.
• A valid Category B driving license along with your own personal vehicle for dependable commuting to the facility in Marratxí.
• A high degree of empathy, emotional intelligence, patience, and dedication to supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Full availability to work a rotating shift schedule, accommodating morning, afternoon, and night rotas.

Terms of engagement

• A temporary employment contract within the private healthcare and social services sector.
• A 35-hour work week structured around rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
