Job summary

Confidential employer on Mallorca seeks a Nursing Assistant to deliver comprehensive, hands-on care for residents with cerebral palsy and other disabilities in Marratxí. You will support daily activities, ensure safety, dignity, and social inclusion while working within a private healthcare and social care setting.

You will rotate mornings, afternoons, and nights across a 35-hour work week, with a fixed annual gross compensation of 18,770 EUR according to the disability collective agreement.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional qualification in healthcare, social care, or community service.
• Category B driving license and own vehicle for commuting to Marratxí facility.
• High empathy, emotional intelligence, patience and dedication to supporting individuals with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide dignified care to residents with cerebral palsy and related disabilities in daily life.
• Perform safe body mobilizations and transfers to support mobility and comfort.
• Accompany residents to appointments, outings, and daytime programs.
• Encourage participation in organized leisure and social activities.
