Westinghouse Electric Company in Spain is seeking an EHS intern to help develop and implement the H&S training plan. This 25-hour-per-week paid internship spans six months beginning around September–October, reporting to the EHS Manager at the San Sebastián de los Reyes HQ.

The role is hybrid and offers course credit. Responsibilities include safety program development, inspections, incident investigations, audits, and drafting safety documents for client facilities.

Formación

• Enrolled in a bachelor or master in EHS or related.
• No prior experience required.
• Available for university internship agreement.
• High level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement practices to reduce hazardous conditions.
• Assist safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents and environmental incidents with engineers and regulators.
• Provide training on safety protocols and conducting audits.
• Draft HS documents for access to client facilities (H&S Plans, staff accreditations, training evidences, PPE distribution).
• Follow routine procedures in an entry-level role.
