Formación

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) required.
• Proficient English for reporting and team communication.
• Experience or keen interest in social media moderation and digital safety trends.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and review user-generated content to enforce community guidelines.
• Analyze and resolve reported content violations, including harassment and misinformation.
• Maintain a safe digital environment for an international audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine safety protocols and moderation strategies.
• Stay updated on Norwegian digital landscape trends for accurate moderation.
• Provide feedback to improve automated detection systems.
