Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a highly motivated Norwegian Speaking Content Moderator to join our partner's international team in Bulgaria. You will review user content to enforce community guidelines and ensure a safe, respectful environment for millions of users.

The role requires native or fluent Norwegian, on-site work in Sofia, and a willingness to participate in ongoing training and relocation support. Fully paid training, health insurance, and a relocation package are provided.

Formación

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
• EU passport is mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site as part of an international team.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines in the social media industry.
• Moderate Norwegian-language posts, comments, and multimedia content to a high quality standard.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends in social media safety and user experience.
• Investigate reports of policy violations and make swift, accurate moderation decisions.
• Document recurrent issues to improve moderation workflows.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform policies.
• Uphold brand reputation with a professional, unbiased content oversight approach.
