An international customer service firm is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is a native or bilingual Norwegian speaker with a strong command of English. This 100% remote position offers a temporary 4-month contract and involves assisting customers with coverage management and incident resolution. The ideal candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer experiences. Other perks include paid training and a work schedule of 39 hours per week.
