Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting, controllership, or statutory reporting.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Knowledge of Nordic accounting and GAAP.
• Fluent English, strong communication and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary local finance coordinator for statutory reporting, compliance and controllership across Denmark, Sweden, and Finland, collaborating with the Finance Director.
• Coordinate statutory audits and manage auditor requests with stakeholders.
• Support preparation, review and submission of annual financial statements and statutory reporting packages.
• Partner with Tax, Legal, SSC and external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance and deadlines.
• Monitor tax authority correspondence and regulatory inquiries; follow up on filings.
• Perform monthly general ledger reviews, balance sheet analyses, and variance assessments.
