Nômade Temple Madrid invites a friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our dining team in a vibrant pre-opening phase. You will welcome guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure a memorable dining experience reflective of our brand.

Fluency in Spanish and English, prior hospitality experience, and a professional appearance are preferred. Join us to contribute to a passionate team focused on culture, gastronomy, and guest care.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus).
• Knowledge of hygiene and service standards is helpful.

Your role

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering an attentive, professional service aligned with the company’s quality standards and guest experience. You will play a key role in creating a consistent and memorable dining experience that reflects the hotel’s identity.

What you will do:

• Welcome and assist guests during restaurant service, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and attentive experience


• Prepare and maintain dining areas in perfect condition, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper setup


• Take orders and serve food and beverages following established internal procedures


• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and high-quality service


• Handle billing and payment processes when required


• Comply with hygiene standards, food handling regulations, and occupational risk prevention policies


• Contribute to a collaborative, professional work environment aligned with the hotel’s values


• Represent the brand’s image and philosophy in every guest interaction


• Perform any additional duties consistent with the role, level of responsibility, and area of expertise as assigned by Management


• Collaborate flexibly with new operational, strategic, or organizational needs


• Actively contribute to the development of the project, adapting to changes related to pre-opening, growth, and consolidation phases
