GeneMind Biosciences in Zaragoza is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage end-to-end on-site and remote service delivery for high-precision sequencing instruments, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and training. You will ensure instrument uptime and high customer satisfaction while collaborating with sales, application, and R&D teams.

3+ years of hands-on hardware maintenance experience in medical devices, precision analytical instruments, or life science equipment.
Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear, compliant project documents and technical records.
Good oral English proficiency; fluent English skills are highly preferred to support global customers.

Responsabilidades

Prepare installation materials and documentation for instrument deployment and after-sales maintenance.
Deliver on-site and remote troubleshooting to resolve malfunctions efficiently.
Design and deliver structured technical training for distributor Field Service Engineers and customer staff.
