Procare Health, an international pharmaceutical company based in Spain, is seeking a New Initiatives Trainee to join the New Initiatives team and support identification and initial assessment of new business opportunities in a dynamic and international environment.

The role involves researching opportunities, collecting and sharing information with external partners, and assisting in meetings and project follow-ups while maintaining up-to-date databases.

Formación

• Availability to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.

Responsabilidades

• Support the research and identification of new business opportunities, innovative products, technologies, and potential partners.
• Help collect, organize, and share relevant information with manufacturers, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Support the initial analysis and follow-up of projects related to new products, licensing opportunities, and portfolio development.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings, including meeting minutes, next steps, and action tracking.
• Keep project, supplier, and opportunity databases accurate and up to date.

We are currently looking for a New Initiatives Trainee to join our New Initiatives team and support the identification and initial assessment of new business opportunities in a dynamic and international environment.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to projects involving new products, licensing opportunities, innovative technologies, portfolio development, and external collaborations, while working closely with different departments and partners.

What you'll do

• Support the research and identification of new business opportunities, innovative products, technologies, and potential partners.


• Help collect, organize, and share relevant information with manufacturers, suppliers, and other external partners.


• Support the initial analysis and follow-up of projects related to new products, licensing opportunities, and portfolio development.


• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings, including meeting minutes, next steps, and action tracking.


• Keep project, supplier, and opportunity databases accurate and up to date.


• Provide operational support to the New Initiatives team according to ongoing project and business needs.

What we're looking for

• A degree or Master's programme in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, or a related scientific field.


• Mandatory availability to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.


• Strong technical and scientific understanding related to the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.


• Proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and follow up on different tasks and priorities.


• Dynamic and adaptable profile, comfortable working in a changing environment.


• Ability to collaborate with different departments and interact with external partners
