Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field, by summer 2027, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with programming in Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala and Go.
• Experience from internships or teamwork on multi-person coding projects.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems via independent research and mentorship.
• Strong written communication to explain work to stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring code quality.
