The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) in the Barcelona area is seeking a part-time Study Coordinator to support neuroscience research under the CPP2022-009778 project. You will coordinate study activities, organize visits, and manage data and documentation on-site at Can Ruti Campus.

The role requires a health sciences background, experience in study coordination or data management, teamwork, and good English skills.

Formación

• Technician or graduate in health sciences.
• Experience as study coordinator and proficiency in database management (EDC, spreadsheets, EHR) advantageous.
• Willing to work in Neurology and coordinate project activities.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all study-related activities according to the protocol.
• Organize study visits, procedures, and assessments.
• Schedule participant visits and follow-ups.
• Enter data into electronic data capture (EDC) Systems.
• Resolve data queries from sponsors or monitors.
• Receive, store, and maintain accountability of study medications or devices.
• Prepare for sponsor monitoring visits and assist monitors during source data verification.
• Coordinate study supplies and equipment.
• Communicate with investigators, sponsors, and research staff.
