JOB DESCRIPTION
The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute needs to recruit a person to its neuroscience research group in order to collaborate on the study project CPP2022-009778, funded by MCIU/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and by the European Union NextGenerationEU/PRTR.
- Coordinate all study-related activities according to the protocol
- Organize study visits, procedures, ans assessments
- Communicate with investigators, sponsors, and research staff
- Data entry into electronic notebooks/ databases.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate all study-related activities according to the protocol
- Organize study visits, procedures, and assessments
- Schedule participant visits and follow-ups
- Enter data into electronic data capture (EDC) Systems
- Resolve data queries from sponsors or monitors.
- Receive, store, and maintain accountability of study medications or devices
- Prepare for sponsor monitoring visits and assist monitors during source data verification.
- Coordinate study suplies and equipment
- Communicate with investigators, sponsors, and research staff.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE
- A technician or graduate in the field of health sciences.
- Proof of previous experience as a study coordinator and proficiency in database management will be an advantage (EDC Systems, spreadsheets, electronic Health records).
- Willingness to work in the Neurology department, carrying out coordination tasks and those related to the aforementioned project.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrate a good level of English.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Part-time contract (21 hours per week)
- Start date: setember.
- The salary will be €13,655.58 per year.
- Gross annual remuneration inherent to the square objected to this call, will be fixed based on the experience provided and the skills of the candidate, distributed in 12 payments.
