Vall d’Hebron Institute of Research (VHIR) in Barcelona seeks a Study Coordinator to join the Neurodegenerative Diseases Group. The role focuses on clinical and translational research in Parkinson’s disease, including data management and liaising with sponsors.

You will work with clinical teams to ensure protocol adherence, support trial coordination, and contribute to projects aimed at improving patient outcomes. This full-time position offers collaboration in a leading biomedical environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Nursing or another relevant scientific discipline.
• GCP training and clinical trial methodology desirable.
• Excellent communication and a high level of fluency in written and spoken English.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
• An organised and methodical approach, with motivation and initiative.
• Ability to respond promptly to requests from the team and sponsors.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Data entry for Phase I–IV clinical trials and research projects in neurodegenerative diseases.
• Keep CRFs up to date using source documents.
• Respond to queries and provide feedback to sponsors and clinical team.
• Support the clinical team and the Clinical Trial Coordination Unit.
• Ensure adherence to the study protocol and minimise deviations.
• Assist the research team with study development and conduct.
• Attend site monitoring visits and resolve queries per GCP guidelines.
• Contribute to project development with medical and technical teams to improve patient quality of life.
