Henkel is seeking a Supply Planning professional in Barcelona to assist in developing long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts. You will execute mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region and monitor constraints in the supply network.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in supply planning, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, fluent English, and strong analytical and communication skills. Advanced Excel is essential; SAP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and reviewing long-term supply plans with accurate data inputs and alignment to forecasts.
• Execute mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region.
• Monitor supply network constraints and under-utilizations; provide data and recommendations to SC team.
• Review inventory policies, track slow movers, and monitor obsolete stock to support inventory management.
• Identify Finished Goods requirements and prepare allocation proposals based on priorities and market needs.
• Provide inputs and reports for regional S&OP meetings ensuring alignment with supply and demand.
• Work with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning to ensure supply availability and resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy.

What you´ll do

• Assists in the development and review of long-term supply plans, ensuring accurate data inputs and alignment with demand forecasts
• Executes mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region
• Monitors and reports on supply network constraints and under-utilizations, providing detailed data and recommendations to the SC team
• Assists in reviewing inventory policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsolete stock to support efficient inventory management
• Helps identify Finished Goods requirements and prepares allocation proposals based on business priorities and market needs
• Provides detailed inputs and reports for regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP), ensuring alignment with regional supply and demand
• Works closely with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to ensure supply availability and resolve supply-related issues
• Participates in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply planning efficiency and accuracy
