Henkel in Barcelona is seeking a Supply Planner to convert mid-term production plans into short-term actions, ensuring material availability and alignment with weekly targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or engineering, 1–2 years in supply planning, fluent English, and strong Excel skills; SAP is a plus. This is a hybrid position with global collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering (supply chain focus).
• 1–2 years in a supply planning role; FMCG experience preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Advanced Excel; SAP is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Convert mid-term plans into short-term, turning planned orders into firm orders.
• Develop and review short-term production and scheduling plans considering capacity.
• Manage stock transfers to the first decoupling point; coordinate with the replenishment planner.
• Monitor daily production vs weekly plans; track availability and adherence; suggest actions.
• Identify short-term FG requirements and provide allocation proposals by priority.
• Assist in inventory analysis; review policies; track slow movers; monitor obsolete stock.
• Maintain key manufacturing parameters including capacity constraints for accurate planning.
• Provide inputs for S&OE addressing material availability and capacity constraints.
• Work with Plant Production Schedulers to coordinate scheduling activities.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material availability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning performance.

What makes you a good fit

• LOCATION: BARCELONA, SPAIN
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain
• 1-2 years of experience In Supply Planning role or related, experience with FMCG business would be advantage.
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills are required (SAP is an advantage)
• Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
