Jobtraffic in Valencia, Spain is seeking a logistics operations lead to own the day-to-day of our last-mile delivery network. You will keep routing, coverage, and service levels stable, ensuring on-time parcel deliveries and robust hub operations.

What you bring

• 3+ years in logistics, operations, supply chain or something close
• Fluent in Excel and comfortable with large datasets
• You spot patterns in numbers other people miss
• You take ownership without being asked twice
• Strong communication skills in English
• Chinese / Spanish are a plus.

Bonus points

• Experience with routing systems like TMS.
• SQL or Python
• Familiarity with postal geography and last-mile economics
• Previous exposure to high-volume e-commerce

Job Requirements (max 5, form-ready)

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
2. Hard skills: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, large datasets), data analysis, familiarity with routing/TMS systems. xqziphu SQL or Python is a plus
3. Experience:3+ in logistics, last-mile operations, supply chain or network planning. Fluent English required, Chinese / Spanish are a plus
4. Soft skills: Strong ownership, attention to detail, problem-solving under pressure, clear communication, team player across ops and tech
5. Other: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional and international teams
