TEAM International Services in Spain is seeking a Backend Engineer to join our banking platform team. You will build production-grade backend services in C# / .NET, focusing on correctness, reliability, auditability, and maintainability.

The role involves designing APIs, working with SQL databases, applying clean architecture, and writing unit and integration tests. You will collaborate across product, operations, QA, and other engineers to deliver reliable financial solutions.

Formación

• Solid C# / .NET backend experience.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and service-based architecture.
• Experience with testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
• Awareness of messaging, retries, idempotency, concurrency, and transactional boundaries.
• Ability to reason through ambiguous requirements and identify edge cases.
• Strong ownership mindset: you care about what happens after the code is deployed.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, Azure/AWS, Docker, observability tools, or financial systems is a plus.

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our banking platform team.

You will build production-grade backend services in C# / .NET, working on financial product flows where correctness, reliability, auditability, and maintainability matter.

This role is for someone who can do more than complete tickets. We want an engineer who understands the product context, asks good questions, owns their work end-to-end, and can make sensible technical decisions without needing every detail spelled out.
