ERNI is modernizing a workshop management platform for automotive settings using .NET backend services and REST APIs. You will shape a legacy desktop application into a scalable web-oriented platform, with AWS integrations and CI/CD deployments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and ongoing modernization within a hybrid work model. We value production support experience, strong GitHub/Agile practices, and a commitment to growth.

Can you imagine modernizing a business-critical platform used in automotive workshops while shaping its transition to a modern web architecture? Join our expert team to work on an Automotive sector modernization initiative, contributing to the evolution of a workshop management solution. You will apply your knowledge of .NET, API Development, AWS and modern software engineering practices to transform a legacy desktop application into a scalable web-oriented platform.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while ensuring system stability and enabling continuous modernization. At ERNI, you are never just a number. Even if you work on an external project, you will feel part of the team and always supported.

How do we make this happen?

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months. And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

You will be responsible for designing and developing backend services and APIs using .NET while supporting the modernization of a legacy workshop management platform. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in CI/CD processes and AWS integrations, providing production support and incident resolution, and contributing to the evolution towards scalable web-based solutions while maintaining system stability.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
