Formación

• Residence in Nerja or surrounding areas with local knowledge.
• Fluency in Swedish, English and Spanish; knowledge of German or Dutch is desirable.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Proactive acquisition of properties and clients.
• Finding properties to sell by flyers, knocking doors, and social connections.
• Evaluating properties for sale.
• Listing properties including all necessary documents.
