Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Natural Resource Conservation Scientist (AI Training) to help shape how AI understands environmental science.

You will review questions and real-world scenarios, evaluate AI-generated content on ecosystems, soil, water, and biodiversity, and provide structured feedback to enhance scientific reasoning. This is a fully remote, task-based engagement with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in natural resource conservation, environmental science, or a closely related field.
• Foundational knowledge of ecosystems, land management principles, and conservation frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate scientific reasoning with clarity.
• Self-motivated and reliable for remote, task-based projects.

About The Role

We're looking for experienced natural resource conservation scientists to help shape how AI understands environmental science. Your expertise in ecosystems, land management, and conservation will directly influence the accuracy and reliability of next-generation AI systems - work that matters well beyond the screen.

• Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review conservation science questions and real-world scenarios used in AI training datasets
• Evaluate the scientific accuracy of AI-generated content covering land use, ecosystems, soil, water resources, and biodiversity
• Assess whether AI recommendations reflect sound, real-world conservation practices
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve scientific reasoning and AI outputs
• Work independently and asynchronously - on your schedule, at your pace

Who You Are

• 3+ years of professional experience in natural resource conservation, environmental science, or a closely related field
• Strong foundational knowledge of ecosystems, land management principles, and conservation frameworks
• Able to critically evaluate scientific reasoning and applied recommendations with clarity
• Comfortable reviewing structured written content and delivering detailed, actionable feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently on remote, task-based projects

Nice to Have

• Master's degree or PhD in Natural Resources, Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related discipline
• Hands-on fieldwork or applied conservation experience
• Familiarity with AI content evaluation, data annotation, or quality review workflows
