Brains International School La Moraleja in Madrid is seeking a qualified Early Years teacher to join our Infants Department for the new academic year. The successful candidate will teach children aged 3 to 6 and create a warm, engaging learning environment.

The candidate should hold a recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed. or PGCE with QTS or equivalent) and have prior Early Years experience, with strong classroom management and collaboration skills. Right to work in Spain is required.

We are looking for a committed professional who is passionate about Early Years education and has proven experience teaching children aged 3 to 6.

Essential Requirements

• Native English speaker

• Previous experience teaching in Early Years

Desirable

• Experience working in an international or bilingual school
• Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme
• Experience with inquiry-based, active and play-based learning
• An understanding of phonics and early language development
• Experience supporting children with a range of learning needs

The successful candidate will be expected to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences, monitor children's progress, communicate professionally with families and contribute positively to the wider life of the Infants Department.
