Sailun Tyre Europe is seeking a Sales Manager to drive national sales of our specialty product line and provide regional support for truck, bus, and agricultural tyres. You will collaborate with Marketing, Market Intelligence, and the Iberia Regional Director, while reporting to the Iberia team.

We require a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in tyre sales, with strong negotiation and leadership skills, plus willingness to travel across national territories.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 5 years in industrial or commercial tyre sales, preferably specialty.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong negotiation and complex sales closing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Target Achievement Plan and oversee the commercial strategy.
• Analyse KPIs and adjust tactics to maximise sales.
• Develop customer portfolio and identify new distributors nationwide.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers; present new solutions and promotions.
• Provide regional support for truck, bus, and agricultural products.
• Offer training and field support to distributors and end-users.
