GEODIS is seeking a Spain Project Logistics Director to lead and grow the national LP product, ensuring alignment with local regulations and GEODIS strategies. The role oversees strategy implementation, performance monitoring, and budgeting across the national footprint.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in freight forwarding, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Formación

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in logistics and project leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Implement freight forwarding national Logistics Projects strategy.
• Run the business strategies and plans for FF Logistics Projects at national level.
• Monitor overall business performance and build national strategic plans.
• Define, monitor and validate the budget of the scope.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and CSR-HSE standards.
• Maintain relationships with customers, ocean carriers, airlines, road hauliers and international agents.
• Lead and coach local management teams to solve significant issues.
• Set and monitor KPIs and action plans.
• Provide guidance in operational activities and staff development.
• Support customer retention initiatives and improve service delivery.
