Amentum is seeking a Clubs and Activities Manager to oversee the Moral Welfare and Recreation program on the Diego Garcia site under a government contract. The role requires leadership of recreation, fitness, library, and social events, with 24/7 on-call support and strict adherence to program and safety standards.

Formación

• Requires a four-year degree in business management or related field with experience in recreation, food, beverage, and entertainment operations.
• Five years of specialized experience as an NF-4 of NAFI or as a middle manager in a similar capacity.
• CPR certification and ability to obtain/maintain US passport and driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Moral Welfare and Recreation (MWR) program services and facilities to ensure successful performance and compliance with PWS, USG, and international requirements.
• Manage recreation, fitness, library, community support services and social events.
• Maintain on-call availability for 24/7 support; ensure safety, quality, and procedural compliance in all activities.
