Adecco (Portugal) is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub as part of a full-time team in Madrid, Spain. The role involves recruiting doctors, engaging panelists for market research studies, and following up to maximize participation.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
