GMV is an engineering and innovation company seeking a driven professional to join as a Service desk and support administration with a procurement coordination focus. You will coordinate purchasing activities for several projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction, covering equipment, licenses, and related components.

The role requires experience with COTS hardware and software, plus strong MS Office skills; familiarity with Jira/Confluence is valued.

Formación

• Experience with COTS computing/networking hardware and COTS software.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate purchasing for several projects from need identification to order issuance and follow-up.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure best technical and economic conditions.
• Monitor and report purchase requests status to project responsables.
• Manage issues related to defective or non-compliant materials with suppliers.
• Transfer software licenses to final customers and manage some supplier services.
