Job summary

NN Digital Hub, a subsidiary of NN Group, Madrid, is seeking a Process Mining Engineer to design, implement and maintain Celonis-based insights across the mortgage process. You will build data models, dashboards and collaborate with data and business analysts to drive data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience with process mining tooling (preferably Celonis) to identify optimizations.
• Ability to analyze complex digitized processes using data.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Integrating received data into the data model of the process mining tool and maintaining that data model.
• Developing and implementing process mining insights within the mortgage chain.
• Creating dashboards and visualizations using Celonis to unlock process information for colleagues and business.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of process mining methodologies and techniques.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, and business analysts to design and implement process solutions.
• Supporting users in understanding and using the developed process mining insights.
