Avansel Selección is seeking a Software Development Manager in Barcelona to drive the technology strategy and build scalable mobile apps for Android and iOS. This hands-on leadership role blends product thinking with strong engineering execution in a hybrid work setup, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong expertise in Android and iOS mobile app development
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience with in-app payment implementations
• Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and implementation of the company’s technology strategy
• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable mobile apps for Android and iOS
