Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking a Specialized Software Development Engineer I in Madrid to own end‑to‑end code lifecycle from design to deployment.

You will work on scalable, cloud‑native microservices within the Video Streaming Quality team’s domain, applying ML/AI techniques and collaborating with senior engineers. The role requires strong programming in Python/Java/C++, experience with cloud computing, and comfort working in an agile, CI/CD environment.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related STEM fields.
• Completed Bachelor's or Graduate degree in the specified fields.
• Expected graduation between October 2025 - September 2026, OR graduated within the last 24 months.
• Demonstrated experience in data structures, basic algorithms, and object‑oriented design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to design, build, and operate innovative products and services for customers.
• Design and develop scalable cloud-based microservices in a large distributed environment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation.
• Build and maintain resilient systems that are scalable and fault‑tolerant.
• Explore GenAI/AI‑powered tools to boost development productivity.
• Write clean, well‑structured code following best practices.
• In an agile CI/CD environment, participate in on‑call duties and incident response.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
