Formación

• Must hold a Food Handler’s Certificate and a High School Diploma.
• Minimum of one year experience in a restaurant or bakery environment.
• English level I required for this role.
• Preferred: reads, writes, and speaks English fluently.

Responsabilidades

• Bake pastries in accordance with daily production logs using standard recipes.
• Display pastries in a professional manner.
• Assist cook with all food preparation.
• Prepare and serve grilled food.
• Check food temperatures to ensure safety.
• Assist in serving and replenishing food on the serving line.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and utensils per procedures.
• Keep kitchen, serving line and dining area clean and orderly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and complete training requirements.
• Wear a clean uniform and PPE as required.
• Work with minimal supervision and adhere to shift schedules.
• Follow cook’s and shift supervisor’s instructions.
