Formación

• Proven experience consuming curated datasets and building high‑quality dashboards in Tableau environment.
• BI & Visualization best practices: metric interpretation and storytelling for users.
• Able to translate complex questions into accurate calculations and views.
• Fluent English; able to explain analyses to non‑technical users.
• Experience or knowledge in SQL, Python, or automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, publish, and maintain Tableau dashboards across environments.
• Consume datasets from BI/IT and transform into analytical views.
• Ensure dashboards follow BI standards and usability best practices.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for Risk Positions, PnL and related analytics.
• Create workbook‑level calculations, LODs, mappings; use Tableau Prep for light data work.
• Act as Tableau SME; support users with questions and troubleshooting.
• Analyze Excel reports to understand historical logic and support validation.
• Participate in automation/analytical initiatives using SQL or Python.

Middle Office and Business Intelligence Analyst

BUNGE has an exciting opportunity available for a Middle Office and Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dashboards focused on risk and financial analytics. The role involves translating complex business needs into clear, user-friendly visualizations, while promoting BI best practices and supporting data-driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Tableau Delivery

• Design, build, publish, and maintain Tableau dashboards using Tableau Desktop, Tableau Online, and Tableau Prep.
• Consume datasets provided by BI / IT teams and transform them into effective analytical views.
• Ensure dashboards follow BI and data visualization best practices.

Risk & Financial Analytics

• Develop and maintain dashboards focused on:
• Risk Positions (Long / Short)
• Profit & Loss (PnL)
• Partner closely with stakeholders to translate analytical needs into Tableau solutions.

Calculations & Local Data Adjustments

• Create workbook‑level calculated fields, mappings, and filters to handle:
• Business‑specific logic
• Exceptions or reporting nuances
• Use Tableau Prep for light data adaptations or enrichments where required (not enterprise data modeling).

BI Standards & Tableau Enablement

• Act as the Tableau SME for the Middle Office.
• Promote visualization, metric, and usability best practices.
• Support users with Tableau‑related questions, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

Analysis and Automation

• Analyze existing Excel‑based reports to understand historical logic or definitions.
• Create ad‑hoc analytical files when needed to support validation or new requirements.
• Participate in automation or analytical initiatives using SQL, Python, or similar tools, when relevant.

Core Requirements

• Proven experience consuming curated datasets and building high‑quality dashboards in Tableau environment (Desktop, Prep, Online).
• BI & Visualization Best Practices: Solid understanding of dashboard designs, business metrics interpretation and User‑centric analytics and storytelling
• Able to understand complex business questions and apply the right calculations and views to answer them accurately.
• Fluent English, with the ability to explain analytical results and Tableau logic to non‑technical users.
• Previous experience or knowledge in SQL, Python, or automation (RPA).

Nice to Have

• Understanding of PnL, MtM, risk positions, trading, or financial analytics environments.
