Barcelona Supercomputing Center is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with .NET expertise to maintain and enhance an internal time-tracking and reporting platform. You will work on end-to-end features using .NET Core / .NET 6+ on the backend and Razor Views on the frontend, while supporting architecture decisions and code quality.

Role requires 2-4 years of C#/.NET experience, EF/SQL Server, and Razor Views, with fluency in Spanish and English.

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with experience in .NET to join an internal platform used for time tracking and reporting in audit processes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting the application.

Key Duties

• Develop end-to-end features using .NET Core / .NET 6+ on the backend and Razor Views + HTML on the frontend
• Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making
• Contribute to code quality improvements, code reviews, and best practices
• Integrate REST APIs and work with SQL databases
• Provide support to the financial justification team regarding the platform

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar

Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience

• 2-4 years of experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+
• Experience with Entity Framework and SQL Server
• Experience working with Razor Views
• Experience with web deployment (Kestrel/HTTPS) and SMTP/authentication setup
• Working fluency in Spanish and English is required, Catalan will be a plus.

Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience

• Understanding of REST APIs
• Nice to have:
• Quartz.NET for scheduled jobs
• QuestPDF or similar PDF generation libraries
• SMTP / automated email sending

Conditions

• The position will be located at BSC within the Management Department
• We offer a full-time contract (35h/week), a good working environment, a highly stimulating environment with state-of-the-art infrastructure, flexible working hours, extensive training plan, restaurant tickets, private health insurance, support to the relocation procedures
• Duration: Open-ended contract due to technical and scientific activities linked to the project and budget duration
• Holidays: 22 days of holidays + 6 personal days + 24th and 31st of December per our collective agreement
• Salary: we offer a competitive salary commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate and according to the cost of living in Barcelona
