Techsoulogy's Tappx unit seeks a Mid Java Backend Developer to join the Performance Tech team in IT. You will participate in the entire application life cycle, write clean code, and support the Performance department.

The role offers an indefinite contract with flexible hours, a hybrid model in Barcelona & Madrid or 100% remote across Spain, private health insurance, language lessons, training budget, snacks, and team events.

Formación

• 2-3+ years of experience as Backend Developer.
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing in Java, Spring, and MySQL.
• Knowledge of Git, Linux, Docker, Kafka, and Jira is advantageous.

Salary

For this Mid‑level position, the salary range is €30,000 – €42,000 gross per year, structured across three internal levels that reflect different degrees of skills, autonomy, and impact. The exact band within this range will be determined by our technical team through the assessment process. We are open to negotiating if the candidate exceeds our mid‑level criteria and qualifies for a senior role. The position is currently open for a mid‑level candidate.
