Syntax, a leading Managed Cloud Provider for mission critical enterprise applications, is seeking a Microsoft Security Specialist to join our Global Security organization. You will deliver Defender, Sentinel and Purview workshops, conduct assessments, and guide customers toward cloud-aligned security architectures while supporting the onboarding of clients to Syntax MDR services.

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Security technologies (Defender, Sentinel, Purview).
• Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing workshops, assessments, or pre-sales engagements.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles, Zero Trust, and Microsoft security architecture patterns.
• Hands-on experience with at least one: Microsoft Sentinel (KQL), Purview Information Protection/DLP/Compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Defender/Sentinel/Purview workshops with assessments and architectural recommendations.
• Lead trusted advisor conversations, outline security capabilities and roadmaps.
• Engage in pre-sales activities with Sales and Solution Architects.
• Conduct security environment assessments (identity posture, SIEM, data governance).
• Produce customer-facing deliverables: reports, diagrams, remediation plans.
• Support design and deployment of Defender, Sentinel, Purview for onboarding.
• Assist in configuring integrations and detections per best practices.
• Develop use cases and analytic rules for Sentinel.
• Support Defender for Endpoint within MDR onboarding.
• Collaborate with SOC and Engineering for cohesive delivery.
• Create internal Microsoft-aligned content and templates.
• Support partner programs with certifications and skilling.
• Share knowledge through trainings and communities.
