Job summary

FrontWell Solutions GmbH is seeking a Consultant to implement and manage IT solutions in manufacturing environments. You will analyse client needs, develop tailored strategies, and support MES project delivery, including ERP integration and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT consulting with MES exposure and fluency in English and German. Occasional travel and remote-friendly work arrangements are offered to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Production Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT consulting experience with exposure to MES projects.
• Solid knowledge of MES systems (e.g., PAS‑X) and ERP integration.
• Fluency in English and German (B2+ preferred).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (FDA, GAMP 5).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend IT solutions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable plans and provide technical guidance during implementation.
• Support the integration of MES products (PAS‑X) into existing systems.
• Assist in managing project lifecycles, including planning, deliverables, timelines, and communication with stakeholders.
• Participate in system implementation activities such as configuration and testing to ensure functionality and quality.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance service offerings.
• Develop documentation, user guides, training materials, and SOPs for implemented solutions.
• Foster strong client relationships by providing reliable support and ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory standards.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
