Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Sales Representative Joint & Mitek – Madrid for MedTech sales across orthopedic and trauma devices. You will support surgeons and healthcare professionals, promote product adoption, and drive territory growth in Madrid and surrounding accounts.

The ideal candidate holds a health sciences degree, experience in medical devices, fluency in Spanish and English (B2), strong communication skills, and a customer‑centric mindset.

Formación

• University degree in Health sciences or related field (Biomedicine, Nursing, Medicine, etc).
• Commercial/sales experience in medical devices preferred, esp. ortho/trauma.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2) with strong communication skills.
• Strong understanding of healthcare environments and customer-centric selling.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the sales strategy for the assigned region to meet targets.
• Manage and grow the client portfolio, identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals aligned with Key Accounts and company policies.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers to expand market presence.
