Job summary

INBRAIN Neuroelectronics is seeking a Machine Learning Operations Architect to own the model lifecycle governance and deployment infrastructure. You will bridge MLOps with medical-device design-control practice, defining how models are versioned, validated, and promoted, and building the change-control framework for adaptive models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on ML Ops engineering experience in medtech or regulated environments.
• Experience with model versioning/registries (MLFlow or equivalent) and CI/CD for ML.
• Containerized deployment with Kubernetes and workflow orchestration (Argo or equivalent).
• Experience in regulated environments and design-control processes (IEC 62304, ISO 13485, DO-178C, ISO 26262).
• Strong infrastructure-as-code skills and ability to support data scientists producing production-ready code.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with adaptive learning systems under PCCP-like frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the model versioning, lineage, and validation-evidence system.
• Draft and maintain a PCCP-style framework for adaptive models and re-validation protocols.
• Design and configure the CI/CD pipeline for training, validating, and promoting models.
• Build drift and performance monitoring and define retraining triggers.
• Deployed and maintained processes and services versioning and tracing against design-control.
