Job summary

SHA in Spain is seeking a physician to contribute to guests' health with comprehensive medical care. You will assess health questionnaires, coordinate with teams, and provide personalized medical guidance.

The role requires 5+ years in Primary Care/Internal Medicine, a medical degree, Spain registration, and fluency in English and Spanish. You'll participate in meetings and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Primary Care/Internal Medicine.
• Must have a Medical degree and be registered to practice in Spain.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (language test may be performed).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate health questionnaires and communicate indications and contraindications with other areas.
• Advise on healthy habits and preventive measures to promote overall health.
• Prescribe and interpret laboratory tests for further information about abnormalities and infections.
• Foster trust and understanding with guests.
• Participate in daily department meetings and clinical discussions.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records: prescriptions, indications, contraindications, and relevant facts.
• Recommend other SHA specialties when beneficial to guests' health.

Job description

You are a fundamental piece for us as you will be responsible for contributing to achieve the best state of health and well-being of our guests through comprehensive and personalized medical care.

What will be your main duties?

• Evaluate previous health questionnaires and communicate with the rest of the areas about indications and contraindications.
• Advise appropriately on healthy habits and preventive measures to promote overall health
• Prescribe and interpret laboratory tests to obtain further information on underlying abnormalities and infections
• Foster an atmosphere of trust and understanding with guests
• Participate in daily department meetings such as guest follow-ups, clinical discussions, continuing education, individual critical case reviews and those of the medical team
• Maintain the medical records system up to date at all times: prescriptions and indications, contraindications, and any relevant facts
• Make health recommendations of other specialties practiced in the company that are beneficial to the objective or health of the guests.

What should you bring?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Primary Care, in Internal Medicine.
• Degree in Medicine. If foreign degree, it must be validated and approved by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science.
• To be registered in Spain
• Languages: English and Spanish fluent (level test will be performed)
