Synmatch AI is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to join its Medical Affairs team in Spain. You will bridge science between the company, healthcare professionals, and KOLs, developing networks and presenting data at hospitals and conferences.

You will support advisory boards and scientific projects across intensive care, anesthesiology, and infectious diseases, with ~50% travel. Based in Madrid or Barcelona metro area, employment managed via WorkMotion.

Competenze

• Degree in a medical or scientific field.
• 3 to 5 years of industry experience in Medical Affairs.
• Experience in intensive care medicine, anesthesiology, or infectious diseases.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, and medical writing skills.
• Independent, structured, and a strong team player.
• Residence in the Madrid or Barcelona metro area.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ~50% of the time.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain a national and international network of experts and KOLs.
• Present scientific and medical data in hospitals, at conferences, and internally.
• Act as the scientific point of contact for internal and external product inquiries.
• Support the Key Account Manager in Spain.
• Organise advisory boards, symposia, expert meetings, and speaker pools.
• Initiate scientific projects in intensive care, anesthesiology, and infectious diseases.
• Support clinical and non-interventional studies.
• Ensure legal and medical compliance, working closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing and R&D.
