Best Option Media in Madrid leads LatAm and Portugal campaigns from our headquarters. You will work on diverse markets, analyzing customer profiles, media consumption, and campaign performance across multiple channels.

We seek analysts with 2+ years in media agencies, fluent English and Spanish (Portuguese preferred). Strong Excel and presentation skills, independent work style, and travel readiness. Join a fast-growing media group with flexible schedules.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or a media-related field.
• 2+ years experience in media agencies, preferably handling international accounts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
• Advanced level in Excel and presentation tools.
• Analytical with data-driven results; capable of independent work.

Responsabilidades

• Work on various LatAm markets and Portugal campaigns.
• Analyze customer profiles, habits, and media consumption.
• Assess campaign impact across media and markets.
• Manage campaigns, client debriefings, negotiations and account management.
• Analyze KPIs and deliver insightful follow-ups.
• Present to clients and develop proposals for new business.
• Work on reporting and auditing of campaigns.
• Coordinate with colleagues in Madrid and Brazil offices.

At Best Option Media we are looking for hungry out-of-the-box thinkers to join our LatAm and Portugal team in our Headquarters in Madrid. If you want to build and boost your professional career in marketing & media within different LatAm markets and Portugal,

Tareas

• You will be working on different businesses and media of many LatAm markets and Portugal
• You will need to use multiples tools to understand each market, analyse customers’ profiles and habits, media consumption, competence, etc.
• You will analyse the impact of each campaign on clients’ business in different media and markets
• You will apply internal processes and operations and will be in charge of campaign set up, clients’ debriefing, negotiations and account management
• You will analyse campaign performance KPIs and deliver insightful follow-ups
• You will give presentations to clients
• You will be working on proposals for potential new clients
• You will work on the reporting and auditing of our campaigns
• You will be in constant communication with colleagues both in our headquartes and our office in Brazil

Requisitos

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or a media-related field
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in Media agencies, preferrably handling international accounts.
• Being fluent in English, Spanish (and ideally Portuguese).
• Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and tools to make presentations.
• High familiarity working with numbers
• Ability to perform creative problem solving
• Analytical mindset with data-driven results
