TK Elevator in Asturias, Mieres, Spain is seeking a CAD drafter to support escalator and moving walkway projects. You will prepare installation drawings, 3D models, and BOMs based on architectural drawings using an automated CAD system.

The role requires 2D and parametric 3D CAD proficiency, an intermediate level of English, and a proactive attitude to develop technical drawings within an engineering office environment.

Formación

• Higher Technician Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering or Higher Technician Diploma in Mechanical Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Proficiency in 2D CAD and parametric 3D CAD software.
• Previous experience as a drafter/CAD technician is an advantage.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proactive individual with ability to develop designs and technical drawings in an engineering office.

Mission

To prepare installation drawings for escalator and moving walkway projects based on architectural drawings, and to develop 3D models, production drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs) for various structural assemblies of escalators and moving walkways.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of installation drawings for tender and sales proposals based on architectural drawings using an automated CAD system.
• Preparation of transportation drawings using an automated CAD system.
• Development of 3D models and manufacturing and assembly drawings for various escalator and moving walkway assemblies.
• Creation of product codes within the production system.
• Preparation of bills of materials (BOMs).

Requirements

• Higher Technician Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering or Higher Technician Diploma in Mechanical Manufacturing, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in 2D CAD and parametric 3D CAD software.
• Previous experience as a drafter/CAD technician will be an advantage.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proactive individual with the ability to develop designs and technical drawings within an engineering office environment.
