Ryanair Group Holdings in Seville (SIAM) is recruiting Trainee Aircraft Mechanics for a 12-week program at our Seville hangar. The program opens paths to become a licensed Aircraft Engineer with hands-on maintenance under supervision.

Successful trainees continue as junior mechanics, gaining experience in line maintenance, documentation, and safety procedures while contributing to a busy European airline fleet.

Competenze

• Unrestricted right to live and work in Europe.
• A strong aptitude for manual work.
• A keen interest in a career within aircraft maintenance.
• Good knowledge of English is required (B1 minimum).
• Ability to pass a full security background check.
• Be 18 years or older.

Job Description

As part of our continuous growth plan, we are seeking to recruit Trainee Aircraft Mechanics for our 12-week training program.

The Trainee Aircraft mechanic programe is open to all. It provides candidates with the opportunity to upskill and pursue a career as a licensed Aircraft Engineer.

The 12-week training program aims to provide the trainee with the necessary skills and knowledge. Once the trainee has successfully completed and passed the course, they can continue in the company as a junior Mechanic developing the following tasks under supervision:

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Carrying out maintenance tasks as required
• Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks
• Complete the appropriate documentation
• Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to
• Any other tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager

Qualifications

• A strong aptitude for manual work is recommended.

• Ability to pass a full security background check.
• Be 18 years or older.
