Job summary

Sapsol Technologies Inc. seeks a systems-level hardware engineer with MBSE and strong MATLAB/Simulink experience for avionics-grade projects. You will design PCIe card assemblies, mentor engineers, and work with engineering, operations and manufacturing to resolve issues and improve yield.

You will document procedures, perform testing and integration, and interface with government customers and suppliers as needed. Strong problem-solving and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong MBSE background and hands-on MATLAB/Simulink.
• Experience in design, integration and testing of complex electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Design of complex high-speed digital circuit card assemblies including PCIe.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and RCCA activities to resolve root causes.
• Create and review documentation: test procedures, drawings, specs, reports, ECOs.
• Interface with government customers and suppliers as needed.
• Drive design and process improvements to reduce cost and increase yield.
